Greetings Parents, Students, and Directors!

The Prospective Panther Band is an opportunity for 7th and 8th-grade students to collaborate with the students in the Dillard High School Marching Panther Band. Participating students get to experience a high school football game in a marching band atmosphere. This year we will be taking on the Fort Lauderdale High School "Flying L's" on October 22nd, 2022 at 7:00 pm.! The game will be held at our home stadium, Otis Gray Memorial Stadium. 

This invitation is open to all 7th and 8th grade students, even of if they have not yet committed to Dillard High School. 

Prospective Panther Marching Band Night Itinerary 

4:30 PM – Arrival, Warm-Up and Orientation in the Jazz Band Room (Bring your instrument) 

5:00 PM – Joint Rehearsal in Band Room 

5:30 PM – Meet your section! (PA Parking Lot) 

6:00 PM – Move to Arc (Bus Loop) 

6:30 PM – March to Stadium with the Band 

7:00 PM – Kick-Off - BEAT Plantation HS!! 

8:00PM – Halftime!! 

9:00PM – March Back to Band Room

 9:30PM – Parent Pick-Up from Band Room 

Students will receive a FREE T-shirt to wear for the performance. They should wear black nylon sweat pants or jeans and tennis shoes. All students will be provided with a meal upon arrival.
